Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and if you're feeling unsure, you're not alone.
That's exactly why we offer a free, 20-minute phone consultation: a calm, no-pressure space to talk things through and see if we're the right fit for you, your child or young person.

So, what is a free consultation?
Think of it as a gentle getting-to-know-you call, or as we like to say, a "vibe check."
Ultimately, it's 20 minutes to:
Explore your needs
What's been going on? What kind of support are you hoping for?
Ask your questions
We'll walk you through how our service works and what to expect.
Check the fit
Therapy works best when it feels safe and is a good match. This call helps us both get a feel for that.
Who is it for?
This call is open to young people aged 18–25, parents or carers seeking support for themselves, their child or teen, and professionals or trainees navigating their own challenges.
If you're considering therapy for yourself or someone you care about, a consultation is a good first step.
How to prepare?
To make the most of your 20 minutes:
Find a quiet space with a good phone signal
Have a pen and paper (or notes app) ready in case you think of questions
Come as you are, there's no right or wrong way to show up
What happens next?
If it feels like a good fit, we'll guide you through the next steps. If not, we'll direct you to services or resources that may better suit your needs. Whatever the outcome, our priority is that you feel supported and empowered as you take the next steps.
A few practical things to know
We offer one free consultation per person to keep things fair and accessible.
Need to reschedule? Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance.
Everything shared during the call is confidential, following our Safeguarding and Privacy Policies.
Ready to begin?
Not quite ready to book yet? That's okay. Just drop us a message if there's anything you'd like to ask or talk through first.
