About Our Services
We provide trauma-informed, integrative therapy tailored to each person’s age, needs, and experiences. We offer both online and in-person sessions.
We work with children, young people, parents and carers, as well as trainees and professionals in the mental health, education, family, and social care sectors.
No, we’re not a crisis or emergency service.

Alongside therapy, we offer wellbeing workshops, community events, and partnerships. These can be free, funded, or discounted depending on the project.
Understanding Mental Health & Therapy
We all have mental health. It includes your thoughts, feelings, and how you manage daily life. Therapy can support you with anxiety, low mood, self-esteem, relationships, identity, stress, and life changes.
Yes, unless someone’s safety is at risk. We’ll explain if anything needs to be shared, wherever possible.
Absolutely. You can bring anything that helps — a toy, notebook, fidget, or blanket.
Parents, Carers & Young Clients
Yes. For under-18s, we include parents or carers in assessments and review sessions to help them stay informed and supported.
This required one-off session takes place before therapy starts for under-18s. It helps us understand your family and how we can work together.
We offer verbal feedback at scheduled reviews but don’t provide written reports, letters, or documents for court or diagnosis.
Yes. Consent must come from someone with parental responsibility and reflect agreement from all who share that responsibility.

Yes. Our free therapy sessions supports eligible children and young people aged 5–25. Click here to find out more.
We recommend booking in blocks to support consistency and offer discounts on 12-session packages, where eligible. All sessions are paid in advance via our secure client portal (Jane App).
We currently only work with people based in England, Scotland and Wales.
Using Our Service
It’s a free 20-minute phone call to see if we’re the right fit. One consultation per person. You can book via our website and cancel at least 48 hours in advance if needed.
