How it Works

Start Therapy In 5 Simple Steps

Step 1: Start Your Enquiry

Take a few minutes to complete the enquiry form. Be as detailed as possible. You’ll receive a confirmation email with more details once your enquiry is submitted.

Step 2: Book Your Free 20-Minute Consultation

We'll have a short call to explore what you're looking for in more detail, answer any questions, and discuss next steps.

Step 3: Decide Together

If we agree to move forward, you’ll receive a welcome email with everything you need to get started.

If it’s not the right fit, we’ll offer signposting to other services or resources. 

Step 4: Complete Your Forms

You'll be invited to complete all required documents, like intake and consent forms.

Step 5: Book and Begin Therapy

We’ll review your forms within 3–5 business days. Once approved, we’ll activate your client portal and send a welcome email with login and booking instructions.

For every paid session we deliver, a portion is reinvested into a funding pot that helps someone aged 5-25 access the care they need. As a CIC, we’re committed to reinvesting back into the community.
