1:1 therapy for parents and carers navigating stress, change or parenting challenges

Parent & Carer Review Sessions

(for under-18s in therapy)

Workshops and resources on regulation, transitions, communication and more

Is your child or young person working with us?

For clients under 18, we also offer review sessions to reflect on progress and explore how to support your child or young person outside of sessions.

Pricing: Parents & Carers

Sessions are in-person (Brentford, West London, UK) or online, depending on your needs. 

Sessions are booked in blocks of 6 to support consistency and progress over time.

Discounts are available when paying for a full block in advance.

Initial Assessment

This one-off 50-minute session helps us understand your story, your hopes and what you’re looking for.

Sessions - Tier 1

For parents or carers in full-time employment or with moderate household income

£72.50

Sessions - Tier 2

For single parents, carers in part-time work, or families with higher caregiving demands

£62.50

Sessions - Tier 3

For single parents, carers on low income, benefits, or facing financial hardship

£52.50

For every paid session we deliver, a portion is reinvested into a funding pot that helps someone aged 5-25 access the care they need. As a CIC, we’re committed to reinvesting back into the community.

 

This ensures that support stays available for families who may otherwise go without it, no matter their financial situation.
