My Tree of Me

My Tree of Me is a creative wellbeing workshop for children aged 10–13 and their parent or carer, designed to support connection, confidence and emotional expression.

Using guided art and storytelling activities, families will work together to create a Family Tree of Identity, exploring strengths, relationships and hopes for the future.

No art skills are needed; the focus is on shared reflection and positive connection.

This workshop is suitable for children who may experience worry, low confidence or big feelings, as well as families looking for a positive wellbeing activity to enjoy together.

Families will leave with their completed creative pieces, participation certificates, and small take-home items to support continued conversations at home.
